Behind the Mics

Dylan is the founder and primary host of Side Retired. He has served as Georgetown University's Director of Baseball Operations and graduated from Georgetown in 2025 and has worked for MLB's Commissioner's Office and the New York Yankees. 

James is one of Side Retired's original co-hosts and is an infield in the Chicago White Sox organization. He was signed to a professional contract after graduating from UTSA and continues to join the program to discuss life in the pro's. 

Nicho is a co-host and primary analyst at Side Retired. He currently works as a pitching coach at Cressey Sports Performance and works with athletes from all levels with a primary focus on pitching and biomechanics. Nicho brings his Miami roots and energy to each recording. 

Henry is a junior at Bates College and co-host of the podcast. As an avid Yankee fan, Henry brings the fun New York perspective to the podcast and our digital platforms.

Dovid is Side Retired's behind the scenes head of research and full time content creator. In his spare time, he works as a part time coach and referee. 

Matt is a senior at the University of Notre Dame studying finance and accounting and serves as Side Retired's Director of Business Development. He pitched for four years at Regis High School and contributes on Side Retired interviews and behind the scenes endeavors
