Behind the Mics

Dylan is the founder and primary host of Side Retired. He has served as Georgetown University's Director of Baseball Operations and graduated from Georgetown in 2025. Dylan has worked for MLB's Commissioner's Office and the New York Yankees. 

James is one of Side Retired's original co-hosts and is an outfielder in the Chicago White Sox organization. He signed with the Sox after graduating from UTSA and continues to join the program to discuss life in the pro's. 

Nicho is a co-host and primary analyst at Side Retired. He currently works as a pitching coach at Cressey Sports Performance and works with athletes from all levels with a primary focus on pitching and biomechanics. 

Matt is a senior at the University of Notre Dame studying finance and accounting and serves as Side Retired's Director of Business Development. He contributes on Side Retired interviews and behind the scenes endeavors. 

Dovid is Side Retired's Head of Research and digital content creator. In his spare time, he works as a part time coach and referee.
